Static generators

For industrial processes such as thermal lamination, labelling, packing, roll-to-roll changeover, cast film extrusion, etc., the Cason range of static generators includes:

GEE generator-bar and emitter-pin power supply units, available with both positive and negative polarity. Output voltage is electronically controlled.
ECB charge electrodes for static charging/bonding of insulating materials such as sheets, web, tape, labels, etc.
ECF-R edge pinning heads specially designed for cast film extrusion processes where the electrodes pin the edge of the film to the chill roll and when precise spot-charging is required.
