TL SERIES: Corona Treatments for Thicker Materials<\/h4>\n

One-side corona treatment systems for increasing the wettability of rigid and semi-rigid insulation materials<\/strong> with thicknesses of up to 6-10 mm.
Each system consists of a one-side TL discharge unit, a GET electronic power generator, and an ozone extraction system.
The discharge station is designed to simplify all the most common use and maintenance operations<\/strong>: material insertion, electrode selection, air-gap electrode calibration, and silicone sleeve replacement.<\/p>\n

Electrode Bars:<\/strong><\/span>
\u2022 Possibility of partialisation<\/strong> in 10 mm steps for easy selection of the treatment band
\u2022 Segregated in protective boxes with pneumatic opening-closing mechanisms for easy material insertion<\/strong>.
\u2022 Electrode box with pneumatic \u201cflotation\u201d system to automatically adapt the air-gap<\/strong> between the electrode and the roller to the incoming material<\/p>\n

Treatment rollers:<\/strong><\/span>
\u2022 Statically and dynamically balanced
\u2022 Covered with high-quality silicone sleeve<\/strong> (Optional: Vulcanisation)<\/p>\n

\u201cJunction\u201d Contact:<\/strong><\/span>
\u2022 For external \u201cJunction\u201d control, in order to allow the controlled opening of the electrode box in the case of material joints.<\/p>\n

Ozone suction system:<\/strong><\/span>
\u2022 Designed to keep the discharge electrodes well cooled and very clean<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The emergency stops, mobile guards, and electrode boxes are monitored by dual channel safety switches<\/strong>.
